Monday-Friday: 10:00am-4:00pm

Matchday Saturdays: 11am-kick off

Matchday Midweek: 12:00pm-kick off

Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned to Club Shop, Hartlepool United FC, The Suit Direct Stadium, Clarence Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8BZ within 14 days of receipt. HUFC will then issue a refund / send out exchange as requested.

Any returned items must be in a new unused / unworn condition, with all tags / packaging still in place. In the event that an item is returned damaged or in poor condition, the Club reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Any personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

The Club does not accept refunds on socks or headwear unless faulty.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Shipping Information

All purchases from Pools Retail that request shipping will be sent out by recorded delivery to the address specified. There is a standard £4.50 charge for all UK shipping. 

We also offer international shipping on all items. 

There is a 'Click & Collect' option offered free of charge for items collected from the Club Shop at The Suit Direct Stadium.

'Click and Collect' items must be collected within 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) or this will be refunded to your account.
